Hi - I'm Tara!

Proud founder & CEO of the Realther Society. I'm a business strategist, online lead generation expert & marketing guru. I was also once a frustrated REALTOR® just like you!

I was put in a room with other new agents and a list of numbers and told the way to be successful was to start cold calling. I memorized scripts, practiced with other agents & within a month... was pretty sure I made a huge mistake choosing real estate as my career.

But with $16 in my bank account I had to find another way. I created an online system to generate leads and within weeks was getting consistent leads that turned into closings.

Now I'm bringing over 15 years of real estate marketing experience to other agents who are passionate about their career but need a fresh, modern & scaleable approach to growing their business.
